The 2011 snail racing champion is a snail called Zoomer owned by 6 year old Anton Lucas of Ashwicken near King's Lynn. Zoomer won the finals in a time of 3 minutes 23 seconds. The world snail racing championships were held at Congham on 16th July 2011.
